1.Products

1.1  All products are subject to availability. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, variations may occur due to flowers’ natural and perishable nature.

1.2 Colours and images of the flowers and arrangements may appear different in reality due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.

1.3 In the event of supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers are not of the quality required, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

1.4 If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 15 days after the delivery/collection date.

1.5  We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for a minimum of three days from the date of delivery or collection, maintained within temperature guidelines. We guarantee that all flowers delivered are fresh and of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers received, please contact us within three hours of delivery/ collection time.

1.6 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once the flowers have been delivered. However, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2.Prices

2.1  We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price will not change once your order has been confirmed.

2.2  All prices displayed on our website and Delivery fees are in GBP, and any applicable taxes will be applied.

2.3  We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products and services due to fluctuations in market conditions, supply availability, and other factors beyond our control.

2.4  Occasionally, we may offer special promotions, discounts, or sales. These offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined during the promotion.

2.5  Special offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

2.6  Delivery charges are not included in the product prices and will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

3.Payments/ orders

3.1  Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in person at our shop. To ensure the highest quality and availability of our flowers and arrangements, we require that all orders be placed at least one week before the desired delivery or collection date. Orders with less than one week’s notice may be subject to limited availability and additional charges. For last-minute orders, please get in touch with us directly to discuss your requirements. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flowers or delivery times.

3.2  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

3.3  When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

3.4  If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

3.5  Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been dispatched.

3.6  We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc..

3.7  Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

4.Delivery

4.1  We offer delivery services within the UK. Delivery charges may apply and will be indicated at checkout.

4.2  Certain products may be subject to delivery restrictions, and their availability for delivery cannot be guaranteed. Before placing your order, we will notify you of any such restrictions.

4.3  We will make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond our control.

4.4  It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accessible.

4.5  Third-party courier services may be utilized for deliveries. Please note that these services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries will be scheduled during the working day between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

5.Returns and Refunds

5.1Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
